When you call 2-1-1, be sure to tell them that you are new in the community and needing to learn about programs and services that are available for your family and household. You can also tell them that you are a survivor of the devastating Camp Fire in Butte County, CA and that you have had to relocate due to the losses of the fire. This will help the 2-1-1 Resource Specialist understand your current situation better and they can better assist you with referrals to resources.
